CC Refurbishment are a great outfit. Their initial proposal was not only the cheapest tender, but it was by far the best presented, complete with very detailed costings and drawings and images of the proposed final result. The refurbishment of 8 bathrooms, and Ladies & Gents rest rooms and cloakroom was completed on budget plus a few extras specifically authorised during the contract period, and almost on time. They are a very hard working and flexible team, full of ideas and optimism and a high standard of workmanship. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

When I set out to find a builder for my bathroom, I was nervous- there is no doubt that there are plenty of horror stories about incomplete projects, overlooked details and unreturned phone calls in the building industry. However, my experience with CC Refurbishment Studio Ltd was very different. The organization was well structured; staff and daily communication was excellent.
The day Chris came to see me to look over my bathroom plans and set up a budget, I was impressed. Chris was attentive to the details I wanted, and very sensitive to the needs of my budget.
After the meeting, I found the staff at CC Refurbishment Studio Ltd extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They had a solid understanding of what I wanted and the look I was going for.
The day came for the work to be done and Chris brought the lovely Madalina to go through the details. Madalina was very good at project planning and her attention to details was faultless. Great builders surround themselves with good and reliable people. Chris and Madalina have done an admirable job of doing just that! Needless to say, the building work went smoothly. I don’t have any horror stories to add to everyone else's!

CC Refurbishment Studio Ltd. have carried out extensive renovation and refurbishment work in our home over the past 2 years. It started as a small job - changing a shower cubicle when we first moved in, and, over the past 2 years, they have carried out a variety of both structural and aesthetic work, including complete redecoration of the entire house, laying of new kitchen floor, removal of chimney breast, moving a water cylinder and re-routing all pipework, 2 new flat roofs to extension and loft conversion, rebuilding of garden shed, re-tiling kitchen and laying new floor to play room and hallway.
The work was carried out efficiently, to budget and with no mess left at the end of each day! The entire team are hardworking, professional, friendly and have a great sense of humour... they even helped my children with their maths homework at no extra charge.
Having builders in your house is never an easy experience but, if you're going to get some work done, I would thoroughly recommend CC Refurbishment Studio.

During March, 2007, after obtaining a number of quotes to install my new kitchen, I decided on CC Refurbishment Studio Ltd and was very happy with my decision. The kitchen renovation has involved the removal of old kitchen and installation of new wall and floor units, with integrated appliances, lights under the wall units, tiling of the wall section between floor and wall units with a brick finish tile, installation of glass splashback.
The relocation of the combination boiler, all carpentry, plumbing, tiling and electrical work has been completed to my satisfaction.A friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy team that kept me informed on everything that was going on from the original quote to any changes advised or needed.

"After a recommendation from my son, who knew the standard of work done by CC Refurbishment Studio, I employed the firm to install a shower room on the third floor of my house.
The work was completed to the highest standard, the walls and floor beautifully tiled. The staff proved to be very reliable. The Shower has worked perfectly since then and has won the admiration of many visitors. The staff and Mr. Cochrane were most trustworthy and I did not hesitate to leave my house keys with them when absent.

"CC Refurbishments Studios Ltd recently completed work installing three bathrooms at my house. This included some building alterations to change the use of the rooms. All work was finished to a high standard, in keeping with the style of the property and to specification. The builders involved were courteous and left the house in a clean and tidy manner each evening. Work was completed a few days beyond the expected finish date, however I was kept informed of potential delay.
CC Refurbishments Studios Ltd are currently working on a loft extension, also creating a basement access and alteration work. Work is progressing to schedule despite some unforeseeable complications and again the work is being completed to a high standard. The building team are again courteous and leave the house in a most acceptable order each evening. I have a high level of confidence in CC Refurbishments and find the team most helpful in achieving the results I require."
